Van een opvallende trend in de verzuimcijfers tot een lastig gesprek over het Generatiepact, jij zorgt dat leidinggevenden altijd het juiste advies krijgen. Dat wordt jouw speelveld.

Onze opdrachtgever is een grote facilitaire dienstverlener met duizenden collega's, actief op locaties als hotels, vakantieparken, zorginstellingen en scholen. Zij zorgen dagelijks voor schone, prettige plekken om te werken en te leven — en zoeken voor hun HR-team in Amsterdam een Medewerker HR Advies.

Jij bent de schakel tussen beleid en praktijk. Je weet wat er speelt op de werkvloer, vertaalt dat naar concrete acties en zorgt dat processen binnen de juiste wettelijke en organisatorische kaders worden uitgevoerd. Met HR-data als verzuim, verlof en inzet geef je leidinggevenden bovendien het inzicht dat ze nodig hebben om goed onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Afwijkingen signaleren in HR-cijfers (zoals min-/meeruren, verzuim, verlof, reiskosten, inleen, VOG en jaargesprekken) en hierover gericht adviseren
  • HR-vraagstukken oppakken die buiten de standaardprocessen vallen, zoals gespreksverslagen, waarschuwingsbrieven, juridische kwesties en contact met vakbonden of juristen
  • Meedenken binnen gestelde kaders over HR-casussen zoals het Generatiepact, opleidingen en ontwikkeltrajecten
  • (Tijdelijke) HR-thema's en -projecten begeleiden of uitvoeren, inclusief opvolging van acties uit overleggen
  • HR-data analyseren en tijdig en correct aanleveren voor besluitvorming binnen het operationeel management

Wie zoeken wij?

Iemand die makkelijk schakelt tussen data en mensen, en energie krijgt van het oplossen van HR-vraagstukken. Je hoeft niet aan elk punt te voldoen — we kijken vooral naar je ervaring, potentieel en motivatie.

  • Mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau
  • Vaardig in het analyseren van HR-data en het herkennen van trends en afwijkingen
  • Stevig in communicatie: je adviseert leidinggevenden proactief en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende gesprekspartners
  • Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en servicegericht
  • Praktisch inzicht en een hands-on instelling

Wat krijg je ervoor terug?

  • Salaris tussen €3.324 en €4.748 o.b.v. een fulltimecontract, plus 8% vakantiegeld, 2,5% keuzebudget en een waarderingstantième tot 6%
