Onze opdrachtgever is een particuliere organisatie die kinderopvang en buitenschoolse opvang biedt aan kinderen in Amsterdam. Momenteel zijn wij voor deze opdrachtgever op zoek naar een leidinggevende in Amsterdam Zuidoost.

Wat ga je doen?

Als leidinggevende ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren en aansturen van de uitvoering van de werkplannen en geef je dagelijks leiding aan de locatie en het team binnen het kindercentrum Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid over de uitvoering en realisatie van tactisch en operationeel beleid en rapporteert hierover aan de directie. Daarnaast coördineer je en draag je zorg voor de realisatie van doelstellingen en werkzaamheden binnen de locatie.

Wie ben je?

  • Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau
  • Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende.
  • Jij bent stressbestendig, in staat om buiten te box te denken en een proactief organisatietalent
  • Je hebt plan- en organisatievermogen.
  • Je bent proactief en ondernemend in het signaleren en bespreken van consequenties van ontwikkelingen.
  • Je kunt goed samenwerken met diverse soorten mensen, culturen en religies.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Wat bieden wij?

  • Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor 12 maanden, met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling.
  • Salariëring afhankelijk van jouw werkervaring, doch minimaal conform de CAO Kinderopvang Leidinggevende A.
  • Een werkomgeving waarbij er intensief wordt samengewerkt met de directeuren van de samenwerkende basisscholen.
