Bedrijfsleider Horeca & Foyer

ZOJazz Stage is de nieuwste concertzaal van Amsterdam, gevestigd aan het Bijlmerplein in Zuidoost. De zaal biedt ruimte aan allerlei live muziek, maar met name aan Jazz en Global musics van nationale en internationale artiesten en artiesten die Zuidoost hun thuis noemen.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste BEDRIJFSLEIDER (M/V/X) met een liefde voor muziek die leiding kan geven aan het horecateam en eindverantwoordelijk is op de vloer tijdens de activiteiten in onze concertzaal. Het betreft een functie voor tussen de 0,2 en 0,6 fte naargelang beschikbaarheid. De werkuren zijn overwegend in de avond en in het weekend.

Binnen gestelde kaders en budgetten verantwoordelijk voor; organisatie en uitvoering van een optimale bedrijfseconomische en -organisatorische exploitatie van de horeca-activiteiten mbt voorstellingen, evenementen en andere bijeenkomsten; opstelling jaarplan en doelstellingen; geeft calculaties en adviezen in verband met commerciële verhuur; activiteiten- en personeelsplanning, inkoop van food en beverage, banqueteringmaterialen, invoering en handhaving van normen en voorschriften, onderhoud bedrijfsmiddelen/apparatuur en ruimten; uitvoering afdelingsadministratie, informatie- en promotiemateriaal en verhuurplanning; stelt draaiboeken samen en voorziet in tijdige informatievoorziening en afstemming met interne diensten/werknemers. Maakt nacalculaties en doet tariefvoorstellen, initieert verbeteringen in organisatie, promotie en acquisitie. Uitvoering van regiediensten tijdens voorstellingen/evenementen is een onderdeel van de functie. Rapporteert aan directeur.

VERGOEDING

De vergoeding is conform CAO Nederlandse Podia naar ervaring. Wij verzoeken zowel juniors met ambitie als ervaren bedrijfsleiders te solliciteren. Wij verwachten namelijk ruimte te hebben voor twee nieuwe collega's in deze rol voor onze verhuringen en onze eigen activiteiten en concerten. Woonachtig in de omgeving van Zuidoost of een connectie met Zuidoost is een pré. Meertaligheid is ook een pré gezien ons diverse publiek en internationale gasten.
