Locatie manager Kinderopvang

Ben jij een betrokken leider met een warm hart voor kinderen én oog voor kwaliteit en organisatie? Voor onze kinderopvanglocatie zoeken wij een Vestigingsmanager die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, mensen verbindt en zorgt dat alles binnen de vestiging soepel en professioneel verloopt.

In deze rol ben jij het aanspreekpunt en de eindverantwoordelijke van de locatie. Je combineert leiderschap met pedagogische kwaliteit en zorgt voor een veilige, stabiele en prettige omgeving voor kinderen, ouders en medewerkers.

Jouw rol

Als Locatie manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de algehele bedrijfsvoering van de vestiging. Samen met de pedagogisch coach bewaak en versterk je de pedagogische kwaliteit. Je geeft leiding aan het team, begeleidt medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling en zorgt voor een positieve en professionele werksfeer.

Je vertaalt het organisatiebeleid naar de dagelijkse praktijk en bewaakt de personeelsplanning, bezetting en contracten. Daarnaast onderhoud je actief contact met ouders en zorg je dat processen binnen de vestiging goed georganiseerd zijn.

Voor HR-gerelateerde taken word je ondersteund door een extern HR-bureau en voor financiële zaken werk je samen met een boekhouder. In de dagelijkse operatie word je ondersteund door een assistent, zodat jij je kunt richten op leiderschap, kwaliteit en overzicht.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Leidinggeven aan pedagogisch medewerkers en assistenten
  • Creëren van een warme, veilige en professionele werkomgeving
  • Bewaken en verbeteren van pedagogische kwaliteit (i.s.m. pedagogisch coach)
  • Verantwoordelijk voor personeelsplanning, bezetting en contractbeheer
  • Bewaken van budgetten en financiële doelstellingen
  • Zorgen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving binnen de kinderopvang
  • Onderhouden van contact met ouders en externe partijen
  • Organiseren, verbeteren en borgen van processen binnen de vestiging
  • Vertalen van organisatiebeleid naar de dagelijkse praktijk

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een zelfstandige en goed georganiseerde professional met natuurlijk leiderschap. Je staat stevig in je schoenen, communiceert duidelijk en weet tegelijkertijd verbinding en vertrouwen te creëren binnen het team.

Daarnaast breng je mee:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Een relevante opleiding in kinderopvang, pedagogiek, management of vergelijkbaar
  • Leidinggevende ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen de kinderopvang
  • Kennis van wet- en regelgeving in de kinderopvang
  • Financieel en administratief inzicht
  • Sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden
  • Stressbestendigheid, flexibiliteit en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
