The Invaders is een creatief marketingbureau gespecialiseerd in gaming, entertainment en merkactivatie. Voor bekende nationale en internationale merken ontwikkelen zij campagnes, events en creatieve concepten. Voor hun team zoeken wij een Projectmanager Marketing & Campagnes met 2 tot 4 jaar ervaring.

Jij bent de spil tussen klanten, creatives, strategen en externe partners. Jij bewaakt de planning, het budget de kwaliteit en zorgt dat iedereen op het juiste moment de juiste informatie heeft. Dankzij jouw overzicht worden ideeën werkelijkheid.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Projectplanningen en deadlines opstellen en bewaken
  • Klantbriefings vertalen naar concrete actieplannen
  • Interne teams en externe leveranciers coördineren
  • Budget, kwaliteit en voortgang bewaken
  • Afstemmen met klanten en stakeholders
  • Risico's signaleren en proactief oplossingen aandragen
  • Bijdragen aan het verder professionaliseren van processen en werkwijzen

Wie zoeken wij?

Iemand die overzicht creëert, initiatief neemt en energie krijgt van samenwerken. Je hoeft niet aan élk punt te voldoen we kijken vooral naar je ervaring, potentieel en motivatie.

  • 2 tot 4 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement, accountmanagement, marketing of campagnecoördinatie
  • HBO- of WO-werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring met meerdere projecten tegelijk
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands én Engels
  • Gestructureerd en proactief
  • Interesse in marketing, media, gaming, entertainment of digitale cultuur
