Onze opdrachtgever is een toonaangevende Europese speler in de op- en overslag van droge en vloeibare bulkgoederen. Met ruim 1.300 medewerkers zorgen zij 24/7 voor een veilige en efficiënte verwerking van essentiële grondstoffen.

De organisatie is volop in ontwikkeling. De cultuur is nuchter, direct en ondernemend: korte lijnen, veel verantwoordelijkheid en vooral samen de schouders eronder. Binnen HR wordt hard gewerkt aan verdere professionalisering. Daarom zoeken we een HR Business Partner die hierin een actieve rol wil spelen.

Jouw rol

Als HR Business Partner ben je de strategische sparringpartner van management en leidinggevenden. Je combineert advies op strategisch niveau met een praktische aanpak en weet wat er op de werkvloer speelt.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • adviseren over HR-, organisatie- en personeelsvraagstukken;
  • vertalen van de organisatiestrategie naar HR-beleid en een concrete HR-agenda;
  • strategische personeelsplanning, talentmanagement en leiderschapsontwikkeling;
  • begeleiden van organisatieontwikkeling en verandertrajecten;
  • adviseren over verzuim, performance, arbeidsvoorwaarden en HR-casuïstiek;
  • bijdragen aan recruitment, in-, door- en uitstroom;
  • verbeteren en digitaliseren van HR-processen en dienstverlening;
  • analyseren van HR-data en rapportages en deze vertalen naar stuurinformatie.

Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met het HR-team en draagt actief bij aan organisatiebrede HR-projecten.

Dit breng je mee

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur HRM of bedrijfskunde;
  • minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als HR Business Partner, HR Adviseur of vergelijkbaar;
  • ervaring met strategisch HR-advies en organisatievraagstukken;
  • kennis van cao's en relevante wet- en regelgeving;
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands;
  • je staat stevig in je schoenen en schakelt makkelijk tussen medewerker, management en directie;
  • een hands-on mentaliteit: je denkt vooruit, maar steekt ook graag de handen uit de mouwen.
