The posting

Van een nieuwe medewerker die goed wordt onboarded tot een salariswijziging die correct wordt verwerkt: jij zorgt dat de HR-administratie klopt en medewerkers weten waar ze terechtkunnen. Dat wordt jouw speelveld.

Onze opdrachtgever is een mooi familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het leveren van unieke technische diensten. Met ruim 60 medewerkers zijn zij volop in ontwikkeling en klaar voor de volgende groeistap. Ter versterking van het HR-team zoeken zij een HR Medewerker.

Samen met de HR Manager zorg jij ervoor dat de HR- en salarisadministratie soepel verloopt. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen administratieve werkzaamheden, medewerkers en verschillende HR-vraagstukken. Een veelzijdige rol waarin nauwkeurigheid belangrijk is, maar waarin je ook volop ruimte krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Ondersteunen bij de werving en selectie van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Beheren van de personeelsadministratie en zorgen voor een correcte en actuele registratie
  • Begeleiden en administratief verwerken van in-, door- en uitdiensttredingen
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers bij HR- en salarisgerelateerde vragen
  • Ondersteunen bij beoordelings- en functioneringsgesprekken
  • Bijhouden en verwerken van uren-, verlof- en verzuimregistraties
  • Verwerken van mutaties voor de salarisadministratie, zoals salaris- en contractwijzigingen, verlof en ziekte
  • Voorbereiden en verwerken van de salarisadministratie
  • Zorgen dat HR-processen zorgvuldig en volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving worden uitgevoerd

Wie zoeken wij?

Iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, makkelijk communiceert en het leuk vindt om verschillende HR-werkzaamheden te combineren. Je bent betrouwbaar, kunt goed omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie en vindt het prettig om zaken goed geregeld te hebben.

  • Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding richting HRM, aangevuld met een opleiding of certificaat salarisadministratie, PDL of vergelijkbaar
  • Minimaal 1 à 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare HR- en/of salarisadministratieve functie
  • Kennis van de Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving rondom loonbetaling en arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Affiniteit met cijfers en een nauwkeurige manier van werken
  • Goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en een goede beheersing van het Engels
  • Ervaring met HR- en/of salarissystemen is een pré
