The posting

Van een strakke planning tot een team dat weet wat er moet gebeuren: jij houdt het overzicht op de wapeningscentrale en steekt zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen. Dat wordt jouw speelveld.

Onze opdrachtgever is een mooi familiebedrijf, gespecialiseerd in betonstaalconstructies voor de woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw en infra. De organisatie is volop in ontwikkeling en werkt met een betrokken team waarin vakmanschap en kwaliteit centraal staan.

Voor de wapeningscentrale zoeken zij een Meewerkend Voorman. In deze rol ben jij de schakel tussen de planning en de uitvoering. Je stuurt het team aan, werkt zelf actief mee en zorgt ervoor dat het werk veilig, efficiënt en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteit wordt uitgevoerd.

Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, weet wat er speelt en houdt tegelijkertijd het grotere plaatje in de gaten. Waar nodig stuur je bij, los je problemen op en zorg je dat het team door kan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van het team binnen de wapeningscentrale
  • Zelf actief meewerken op de werkvloer en het goede voorbeeld geven
  • Schakelen met de planning en zorgen dat werkzaamheden tijdig en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd
  • Toezien op de kwaliteit van het werk en ervoor zorgen dat afspraken en werkinstructies worden nageleefd
  • Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten die tijdens de werkzaamheden ontstaan
  • Meedenken over hoe werkzaamheden slimmer, efficiënter en prettiger kunnen worden uitgevoerd

Wie zoeken wij?

Iemand die zijn vak kent, graag met zijn handen werkt én het leuk vindt om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor een team. Je hoeft geen geboren manager te zijn. Wel verwachten we dat je stevig in je schoenen staat, duidelijk communiceert en collega's op een natuurlijke manier weet mee te krijgen.

  • Ervaring als betonstaalverwerker
  • Ervaring in een aansturende of leidinggevende rol
  • Je weet hoe het er op een wapeningscentrale aan toe gaat en begrijpt wat er nodig is om het werk goed uit te voeren
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en denkt in oplossingen
  • Je kunt goed overzicht houden, ook wanneer er meerdere werkzaamheden tegelijk spelen
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met collega's en andere betrokkenen
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en spreekt collega's aan wanneer dat nodig is
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en werkt zelf actief mee op de werkvloer
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en een goede samenwerking vind je vanzelfsprekend

Wat krijg je ervoor terug?

  • Een salaris van € 3.300 tot € 3.800 bruto per maand op fulltimebasis, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring; als je buiten de range valt gaan we graag met je in gesprek
