En ATOM buscamos un AI Automation Engineer Senior capaz de liderar la convergencia entre la integración técnica avanzada y el potencial disruptivo de la Inteligencia Artificial Generativa.

Misión del Rol

Tu misión será diseñar, implementar y optimizar soluciones que combinen APIs, automatización de alto nivel y modelos de IA (LLMs), liderando proyectos técnicos end-to-end: desde la prueba de concepto hasta el soporte post-venta. Actuarás como un arquitecto de flujos inteligentes, traduciendo necesidades complejas del negocio en soluciones escalables, documentando procesos y capacitando a los equipos para maximizar la adopción y eficiencia operativa en ATOM

Responsabilidades del cargo:

1. Integración técnica y automatización avanzada

  • Diseñar e implementar arquitecturas de integración robustas entre ATOM y plataformas como HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, entre otras.
  • Conectar y orquestar sistemas complejos vía APIs, webhooks y herramientas de automatización como Make, Zapier y N8N.
  • Garantizar la integridad absoluta y el flujo correcto de datos, implementando monitoreo proactivo y manejo de excepciones.

2. Diseño y despliegue de soluciones de IA

  • Definir y modelar flujos conversacionales inteligentes basados en triggers y respuestas generadas por IA.
  • Diseñar pipelines de datos para alimentar, afinar y desplegar modelos (OpenAI, Hugging Face, VLLM, Claude, Gemini, Llama).
  • Implementar estrategias avanzadas de prompt engineering (few-shot, chain-of-thought), fine-tuning y sistemas de fallback para optimizar la precisión y el engagement.

3. Documentación, capacitación y escalabilidad

  • Crear y mantener documentación comprehensiva de arquitecturas de IA, diagramas de flujo y dependencias de modelos.
  • Liderar workshops prácticos y playbooks de mejores prácticas para equipos internos y clientes, impulsando la cultura de adopción de IA.
  • Coordinar y validar rápidamente Pruebas de Concepto (POCs) para casos de uso específicos de negocio.

4. Optimización continua basada en datos

  • Monitorear y analizar KPIs de rendimiento: latencia, precisión, tasa de éxito, satisfacción del usuario y conversión.
  • Realizar A/B tests constantes de variantes de prompts y modelos para escalar procesos y mejorar resultados

¿Qué buscamos de ti?

  • Seniority: Más de 5 años de experiencia profesional en roles técnicos.
  • Pensamiento Crítico y Autonomía: Capacidad para identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer soluciones creativas de forma independiente.
  • Comunicación Efectiva: Habilidad para traducir conceptos técnicos de IA a audiencias tanto técnicas como no técnicas.
  • Mindset Atómico: Orientación a resultados ("getting shit done"), curiosidad y una mentalidad de explorador para encontrar soluciones disruptivas

Formación Académica:

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática o carreras afines con un enfoque sólido en arquitectura de software y datos.

Requerimientos Técnicos:

  • Automatización: Experiencia experta en Make, Zapier o N8N y manejo avanzado de APIs y Webhooks.
  • IA Generativa: Dominio de técnicas avanzadas de Prompt Engineering y despliegue de modelos en producción.
  • CRMs: Conocimiento funcional profundo de HubSpot, Salesforce o Zoho.
  • Programación y Entorno: Dominio de Python o JavaScript para integraciones personalizadas y experiencia en entornos de despliegue como Docker o Kubernetes.
  • Análisis: Capacidad para diseñar pipelines de datos y tomar decisiones basadas en métricas estratégicas.
