El Partner Success Specialist en Atom, es un rol clave dentro del ecosistema de alianzas estratégicas de la empresa, responsable de la adquisición, incorporación y gestión continua de Partners estratégicos. Este especialista actúa como el puente principal entre la empresa y sus partners, asegurando que los programas de alianzas generen oportunidades de negocio tangibles para los equipos de ventas (BDRs y AEs), contribuyendo directamente a la generación de demanda y al crecimiento del NMRR (Net Monthly Recurring Revenue).

El Partner Specialist no solo impulsa la adquisición de nuevos socios de alto valor para Atom sino que también apoya que estos partners traigan clientes de nuestras industrias Tier 1. El Partner Specialist mantiene y fortalece las relaciones con socios existentes, garantizando su compromiso continuo y su capacidad para generar oportunidades comerciales.

Responsabilidades del cargo

  • Liderar la estrategia de adquisición y expansión de partners a escala.
  • Gestionar una cartera amplia y compleja, incluyendo partners estratégicos Tier 1.
  • Diagnosticar, mejorar y optimizar el Partner Program junto al Partner Manager.
  • Diseñar estrategias de partnership para mercados o industrias específicas.
  • Negociar acuerdos de alto valor y alianzas con impacto regional.
  • Detectar nuevas oportunidades de alianzas de forma independiente.
  • Servir como mentor a especialistas junior o mid.
  • Representar a Atom como speaker en eventos de partners.
  • Tomar decisiones y liderar planes de acción complejos con mínima supervisión.
  • Proponer mejoras continuas en procesos, métricas y ejecución del programa.

KPI’s:

  • Adquisición de Partners: 98 nuevos partners/año (8 por mes).
  • Cartera activa: 90+ partners incluyendo estratégicos regionales.
  • Partner Efficiency: ≥ 85% generando oportunidades.
  • Generación de Demanda: Cumplimiento constante del 100% QMs.
  • Contribución a Ventas: 100% de meta NMRR vía partners.

  • Liderazgo transversal y capacidad de influir sin autoridad formal.
  • Excelentes habilidades de negociación con C-level en partners.
  • Mentalidad estratégica y visión de negocio.
  • Capacidad para anticiparse a problemas y proponer soluciones robustas.
  • Creatividad y pensamiento de mejora continua.
  • Oratoria y representación en eventos de alto valor.
  • Alta adaptabilidad y autonomía.

Requerimientos

  • Dominio completo de herramientas de ventas, proyecto y documentación.
  • Análisis avanzado de métricas, tendencias y eficiencia del canal.
  • Conocimiento profundo del Partner Program y del ecosistema de partners.
  • Capacidad para crear estrategias territoriales o verticales.
  • Alto nivel en metodologías de ventas y negociación compleja.
