Descripción del puesto

En Atom buscamos un/a Data Research Specialist apasionado/a por la investigación, la calidad de los datos y el impacto directo en la generación de oportunidades comerciales. Serás parte del equipo de Growth & Acquisition y trabajarás de manera cercana con marketing, ventas y el equipo de GTM para construir y mantener una base de datos comercial de alta precisión. Este rol es ideal para alguien que quiere aprender rápido, investigar de manera proactiva y desarrollar habilidades técnicas aplicadas al crecimiento outbound moderno.

Serás un/a especialista clave en la estrategia de datos de Atom. Tu misión será garantizar la calidad, actualización y enriquecimiento de nuestra base de datos comercial para maximizar la eficiencia del outbound y la performance de las campañas. Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico donde la curiosidad, la atención al detalle y la mejora continua son fundamentales.

Responsabilidades:

  • Buscar, validar y actualizar datos de empresas y contactos utilizando herramientas de data, navegación manual e investigación online avanzada.
  • Enriquecer nuestra base de datos con información clave que no se encuentra disponible en plataformas automáticas (cargos, decisores, teléfonos, emails, estructura organizacional, etc.).
  • Realizar validaciones de información mediante llamados telefónicos, confirmando datos de contacto y estructura de las empresas objetivo.
  • Identificar y corregir errores en la base de datos, asegurando consistencia, precisión y actualización continua.
  • Investigar nuevas fuentes y métodos para la obtención de data de mayor calidad y eficiencia.
  • Cargar, mantener y organizar información dentro del CRM y otras herramientas internas de growth y ventas.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de Growth, Marketing y Ventas para entender qué información es crítica en cada etapa del funnel comercial.
  • Documentar procesos y aprendizajes que permitan escalar la generación y validación de data de manera estructurada.
  • Participar en la mejora continua de procesos de data research y en pruebas de nuevas herramientas, incluyendo soluciones basadas en inteligencia artificial.
  • Apoyar en tareas de soporte al equipo de Marketing según necesidades del área.

Competencias:

  • Perfil junior, con ganas de aprender y desarrollarse en áreas de growth, marketing y ventas B2B.
  • Alta curiosidad y motivación por investigar y encontrar información, incluso cuando no está disponible fácilmente.
  • Capacidad para realizar tareas repetitivas con alto nivel de atención al detalle.
  • Buena comunicación verbal para realizar llamados telefónicos de validación de datos.
  • Facilidad para aprender el uso de sistemas, CRMs y herramientas digitales.
  • Interés por la inteligencia artificial, automatización y nuevas tecnologías aplicadas a la investigación de datos.
  • Mentalidad proactiva, analítica y orientada a la resolución de problemas.
  • Organización, responsabilidad y autonomía en la ejecución diaria.
  • Portugues y español para comunicación interna con los equipos de Brasil y LATAM.
