Buscamos un GTM Engineer responsable de diseñar, automatizar y escalar nuestra estrategia Outbound en Brasil.

Este rol se enfoca en transformar datos en pipeline accionable, construyendo la infraestructura que permite identificar cuentas objetivo, generar listas de prospectos, activar cadencias multicanal y entregar oportunidades calificadas al equipo de BDRs.

Trabajarás estrechamente con los equipos de BDRs y RevOps, utilizando herramientas como Clay, Attio, Claude, N8N y APIs, para automatizar procesos de generación de cuentas, enriquecimiento de contactos, activación de campañas outbound y seguimiento de resultados.

Tu impacto se medirá directamente en pipeline generado, calidad de las cuentas objetivo y eficiencia del outbound.

Responsabilidades del cargo

  • Data & Enrichment: Generación, validación y enriquecimiento de data con Clay, scrapers y fuentes externas.
  • Automation & Tools: Configuración de workflows, reglas y herramientas de Outbound en Attio, Supabase y Claude.
  • Integraciones: Diseñar y mantener integraciones (APIs, webhooks, nativas) para asegurar flujo de datos confiable.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Crear dashboards e insights accionables para marketing y revenue en coordinación con Data Ops y Rev Ops.
  • Optimization & Innovation: Probar nuevas herramientas GTM, proponer mejoras y mantenerse actualizado.
  • Data Governance & Quality: control de duplicados, estandarización de información, higiene de bases.

Habilidades

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con la capacidad de colaborar y coordinar de manera efectiva con equipos multifuncionales, comprender sus requisitos y traducirlos en soluciones escalables en CRM y herramientas de Outbound y automatización.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con la capacidad de interpretar datos, identificar tendencias y tomar decisiones basadas en datos para mejorar los procesos y obtener resultados.
  • Actitud proactiva con la capacidad de adaptarse a un entorno dinámico, aprender nuevas tecnologías rápidamente y mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y avances en el panorama de tecnología de GTM.
  • Manejo de prioridades, cumplimiento de plazos y entrega de resultados de alta calidad de manera oportuna.
  • Habilidad para la implementación de nuevas herramientas y conocimientos técnicos.

Requerimientos

  • Experiencia trabajando en procesos de GTM, procesos outbound, o marketing automation.
  • Experiencia en integraciones para optimización de procesos.
  • Experiencia comprobable utilizando Clay u otras plataformas para data enrichment.
  • Conocimiento en estrategias y herramientas de Outbound.
  • Familiaridad en el uso de herramientas como Claude Code, Vercel, Tigger dev, Clay.
  • Experiencia en el uso e integración de aplicaciones mediante API, Webhooks, etc.
  • Portugues y español para comunicación interna con los equipos de Brasil y LATAM.
