🚀 Sobre el rol

Serás el puente entre producto, marketing y usuarios. Tu misión será comunicar el valor de cada feature de Atom Chat de forma clara, atractiva y visualmente poderosa. Desde lanzamientos y videos de producto hasta contenido educativo y campañas inbound, tu trabajo asegurará que cada innovación llegue al público correcto, con el mensaje correcto, en el momento correcto.

Este rol combina visión estratégica de producto, creatividad en contenido y ejecución ágil dentro de un entorno de producto en constante evolución.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Ser la cara visible del contenido de producto de Atom Chat, representando a la marca en videos, demostraciones, lanzamientos y otros formatos visuales. Comunicar de forma clara, cercana y profesional las nuevas funcionalidades, mejoras y casos de uso del producto, fortaleciendo la conexión entre Atom y su comunidad.
  • Planificar y ejecutar estrategias de lanzamiento de producto, desde el posicionamiento hasta la comunicación final.
  • Crear contenido de alto impacto sobre nuevas funcionalidades, integraciones y mejoras de Atom Chat (videos, guías, posts, demos, etc.).
  • Colaborar con equipos de producto, diseño y growth para alinear mensajes y experiencias en torno a actualizaciones clave.
  • Desarrollar materiales de producto para campañas de marketing, onboarding y ventas (landing pages, presentaciones, videos, storytelling visual).
  • Mantener una visión continua sobre la adopción y engagement del producto, proponiendo mejoras de comunicación o educación según métricas de uso.
  • Asegurar la consistencia del tono, narrativa y estética del producto en todos los puntos de contacto.
  • Convertir temas técnicos en historias simples y atractivas que resalten el valor real de Atom Chat.

🧠 Habilidades y conocimientos

  • Fuerte entendimiento técnico de productos SaaS B2B, AI o comercio conversacional.
  • Habilidad para comprender rápidamente nuevas funcionalidades y transformarlas en contenido de valor.
  • Experiencia en creación de contenido multimedia: guiones, grabación y edición de videos o demostraciones de producto.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación visual, copywriting y storytelling orientado a producto.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en entornos ágiles y manejar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Conocimientos de herramientas de diseño, edición o creación de contenido (Figma, Notion, Canva, Premiere, etc.) son un plus.
  • Mentalidad hands-on: del concepto a la ejecución final.

✅ Requisitos

  • +3 años de experiencia en roles de Product Marketing, Content Marketing o Growth, idealmente en entornos tecnológicos o SaaS.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos de producto y marketing de tecnología.
  • Inglés avanzado (para crear y presentar contenido global).
  • Portfolio o ejemplos de contenido de producto serán considerados un diferencial.
  • Deseable: experiencia con herramientas de análisis (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot u otras).
