Descripción del cargo

El Implementation Specialist en Atom es responsable de la construcción, configuración y validación de AI Agents (agentes de inteligencia artificial conversacional), asegurando que los flujos, integraciones y journeys conversacionales estén correctamente implementados según el caso de uso definido. Este rol es clave para garantizar que los IA Agents funcionen de manera estable, eficiente y alineada a los estándares técnicos y de experiencia definidos por la compañía.

Responsabilidades

Desarrollo del IA Agents

  • Construir y configurar IA Agents en Atom de acuerdo con el caso de uso.
  • Diseñar, implementar y mantener flujos conversacionales en Flowbuilder.
  • Implementar lógicas condicionales y journeys conversacionales según el alcance del proyecto.
  • Asegurar que el comportamiento del Ai agent cumpla con los lineamientos definidos.

Integraciones y Automatización

  • Ejecutar integraciones nativas y por API con sistemas externos.
  • Configurar y validar webhooks para envío y recepción de información.
  • Gestionar autenticaciones y validación de datos.
  • Verificar la correcta sincronización de información entre plataformas.

Prompting y UX Conversacional

  • Configurar y ajustar prompts según el comportamiento esperado del ai agent.
  • Aplicar reglas de tono, estilo y flujo conversacional.
  • Asegurar coherencia del journey frente a distintos escenarios de uso.

QA Técnico y Funcional

  • Realizar pruebas técnicas y funcionales del Ai agent.
  • Validar flujos, integraciones y escenarios críticos.
  • Detectar y corregir incidencias técnicas.
  • Asegurar la estabilidad del Ai agent previo y posterior a su despliegue.

Documentación Técnica

  • Documentar configuraciones relevantes del Ai agent: Flujos conversacionales Integraciones Webhooks Decisiones lógicas Facilitar la continuidad operativa y el mantenimiento futuro.

Colaboración con Equipos Internos

  • Trabajar de forma coordinada con otros equipos técnicos y de producto.
  • Escalar incidencias o decisiones técnicas cuando corresponda.
  • Apoyar procesos de mejora continua y estandarización.

Habilidades

  • Capacidad para desarrollar y mantener flujos conversacionales.
  • Pensamiento lógico y analítico.
  • Atención al detalle y orientación a la calidad.
  • Autogestión y responsabilidad en la ejecución.
  • Capacidad para interpretar requerimientos técnicos y funcionales.
  • Trabajo colaborativo en equipos multidisciplinarios.

Requerimientos

  • Experiencia en implementación técnica de plataformas SaaS o B2B.
  • Conocimiento práctico en integraciones API REST y webhooks.
  • Experiencia trabajando con CRMs como HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho o similares.
  • Experiencia en construcción de flujos conversacionales.
  • Conocimientos de UX conversacional y prompting.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Asana, Jira, Trello, Vitally u otras).
