🚀 Sobre el rol

Serás responsable de definir la estrategia, roadmap y evolución de las experiencias de voz dentro de Atom Chat: desde la captura, transcripción y análisis con IA, hasta la integración con nuestros módulos de chat y automatización. Trabajarás de cerca con equipos de ingeniería, data, diseño y go-to-market, asegurando que las soluciones de voz aporten verdadero valor al flujo conversacional de nuestros clientes B2B.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Definir la visión y roadmap de producto para los features de Voice AI, llamadas y mensajería de voz.
  • Colaborar con equipos técnicos en el diseño de integraciones y mejoras sobre la experiencia de usuario.
  • Traducir insights del mercado y feedback de clientes en decisiones de producto basadas en data.
  • Priorizar iniciativas, equilibrando valor de negocio, esfuerzo técnico y time-to-market.
  • Alinear roadmap con las estrategias de AI, automatización y comercio conversacional de Atom.
  • Identificar oportunidades de escalabilidad y nuevos casos de uso relacionados con voz, speech-to-text y análisis de sentimiento.
  • Colaborar con stakeholders internos para garantizar que las entregas mantengan la calidad y coherencia del producto.

🧠 Habilidades y conocimientos

  • Experiencia sólida en productos SaaS B2B enfocados en comunicación o comercio conversacional.
  • Entendimiento técnico de Voice AI, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, NLP o procesamiento de audio.
  • Experiencia en gestión de producto con equipos técnicos (backend, frontend, AI).
  • Capacidad analítica y orientación a data para definir métricas de éxito.
  • Excelentes habilidades de priorización, storytelling de producto y comunicación transversal.
  • Experticia con integraciones de mensajería (WhatsApp, Messenger, API multicanal, etc.) es un plus importante.
  • Mentalidad product-led growth: foco en experiencia de usuario, velocidad de iteración y entrega de valor continuo.

✅ Requisitos

  • +4 años de experiencia en gestión de producto digital (preferiblemente SaaS o AI-driven).
  • Experiencia previa en entornos tecnológicos con enfoque en IA conversacional, Voice Tech o Automation.
  • Capacidad comprobada para trabajar en entornos ágiles y tomar ownership end-to-end del ciclo de producto.
  • Experiencia en integración de APIs de comunicación (Twilio, Meta, Google Speech, OpenAI, etc.).
