Komm' als Bezirksleiter (m/w/d) in unsere Iglo Sales Force und werde Teil eines großartigen Teams!

  • Nach intensiver Einarbeitung bist Du zuständig für die Betreuung aller LEH-Verbrauchermärkte in Deinem Gebiet und fungierst als erster Ansprechpartner
  • Gemeinsam mit unserem Innendienst und den Gebietsverkaufsleitern kümmerst Du dich um eine breite Marken Distribution
  • Du erstellst detaillierte Kundenanalysen und bearbeitest systematisch Kundenpotenziale
  • Du stellst neue Produkte bei Deinen Ansprechpartner vor
  • Du hast einen Blick auf die Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen und gibst Dein wertvolles Feedback weiter an Dein Key Account- und Marketing Management

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lebensmittelhandel oder konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, idealerweise im Verkauf, sammeln.
  • Du erkennst Potenziale und bist bereit, dich gegen Widerstände durchzusetzen
  • Du liebst den Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und überzeugst durch ein gutes Produktwissen sowie durch Verhandlungsstärke
  • Dank deiner Kommunikationsstärke, deiner Verbindlichkeit und deines Weitblicks sorgst du für eine gute und langjährige Win-Win-Beziehung
  • Du besitzt einen enormen Gestaltungswillen, weshalb der Aufbau von Strukturen dir Freude bereitet
  • Du hast Freude an der Arbeit, arbeitest selbstständig und zeigst ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
  • Du besitzt eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
