Unsere Compliance Checks werden bereits vor Ort durchgeführt und fotografisch dokumentiert. Deine Aufgabe ist es, die Ergebnisse anschließend anhand der Bilder und unserer Vorgaben zu überprüfen, Abweichungen zu erkennen und die Datenqualität sicherzustellen. Du bist dabei die Schnittstelle zwischen Bildprüfung, Qualitätssicherung und Datenanalyse – und sorgst dafür, dass aus vielen einzelnen Checks verlässliche und aussagekräftige Ergebnisse werden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Prüfung durchgeführter Compliance Checks anhand von Fotos
  • Abgleich von Bildern mit Planogrammen, Vorgaben und Check-Ergebnissen
  • Erkennen von kleinsten Abweichungen: 3 oder 4 Produkte? 2 oder 3 nebeneinander? Richtige Marke? Richtiger Platz?
  • Überprüfung, ob die Situation vor Ort korrekt bewertet und dokumentiert wurde
  • Korrektur und Qualitätssicherung von Check-Ergebnissen
  • Dokumentation und Aufbereitung von Abweichungen
  • Aufbereitung und Auswertung der erhobenen Daten
  • Erstellung von Reports und Analysen in Excel
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Prüf- und Qualitätsprozesse

Dein Profil

  • Ein ausgeprägtes Auge fürs Detail und eine sehr schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Hohe Fähigkeit zur Muster- und Abweichungserkennung
  • Sehr gute Konzentrationsfähigkeit – auch bei wiederkehrenden Prüfaufgaben
  • Freude am genauen Vergleichen, Kontrollieren und strukturierten Arbeiten
  • Du arbeitest schnell und gleichzeitig äußerst sorgfältig
  • Gute bis sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, idealerweise mit XVERWEIS/SVERWEIS, Pivot-Tabellen und Auswertungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools
  • Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

Erfahrung mit unseren spezifischen Compliance Checks ist nicht erforderlich. Wir arbeiten dich strukturiert in unsere Prozesse, Systeme und Vorgaben ein.
