Deine Aufgaben

Du spielst eine wichtige Rolle in unseren Projekten! Als zentrale Schnittstelle und "Herzstück" kümmerst Du Dich um die Vorbereitung, Planung, und Durchführung verschiedener Marketing & Sales Projekte am POS. Dabei geht es um führende Marken aus dem Lebensmitteleinzelhandel. Werde Teil unseres Teams als (Junior) Manager Retail Marketing & Sales und übernimm dabei folgende Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung umfangreicher POS Aktionen
  • Du planst die operative Umsetzung und stimmst Dich eng mit dem Kunden ab
  • Du steuerst externe Dienstleister und kontrollierst die qualitative Umsetzung der Aktionen
  • Du supportest in der Budgetplanung, übernimmst das Reporting und trägst dazu bei, dass alles einfach reibungslos funktioniert
  • Gemeinsam mit dem gesamten Team stellst du sicher, dass besprochene Ziele erreicht werden und unsere Kunden begeistert sind

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mind. eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst bereits (erste) Berufserfahrung aus dem Projektmanagement, Eventmanagement oder dem Handel mit
  • Du bist ein absolutes Organisationstalent und bist extrem hands-on
  • Du hast sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, Word und PowerPoint
  • Du bist kommunikativ, kannst selbständig arbeiten und hast eine hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Du bringst positive Energie, Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und die Motivation mit, gemeinsam Erfolge zu feiern
  • Du sprichst fließend deutsch
