The posting

1.负责项目中角色、怪物、NPC、武器的模型和贴图制作;,有良好的二次元角色审美； 2.对接游戏原画，提前预判角色模型在引擎内落地、适配、动画匹配等问题，跟进角色资源从制作到引擎内导入、优化、验收的全流程。 3.跟进美术资源在游戏内的最终表现,并结合场景、环境、灯光等因素进行进一步的调整优化； 4.和TA配合进行资源表现效果的开发和优化； 6..持续跟踪国内外标杆二次元游戏角色建模趋势，对新技术的学习与应用，及美术素养和审美的积累与提升。

1.全日制本/专科及以上学历(专业美术院校毕业、美术/游戏相关专业优先);3年以上相关工作经验； 2.熟练使用MAYA、3DMAX、zbrush、Marvelous Designer等3D模型制作软件以及相关插件； 3.熟悉Unity 引擎角色资源规范，掌握引擎内材质球、渲染、LOD、合批、面数 / 贴图优化逻辑，理解游戏性能要求，能平衡高精度表现与移动端运行效率； 4.具备扎实的美术基本功，对Npr和Pbr渲染有一定了解，能够熟练制作低多边形角色和高模角色，UV拆分合理,懂得如何最大限度提升UV精度，手绘二次元风格贴图能力优秀者加分; 5.良好沟通与推进能力，主动推进资源落地，可承受多任务并行节奏，对二次元游戏有高度热情。 6.热爱游戏！广泛接触二次元品类，深入游玩 & 研究过 2 款以上主流二次元项目，对角色审美有自己的理解。

加分项 1. 掌握 SP、Substance Painter/Designer、Marvelous Designer（布料解算）、ZBrush（高精度雕刻）等辅助软件； 2. 能把Ai辅助建模和日常工作紧密联系； 3. 能独立制作角色表情动画； 4. 对二次元某一细分风格（日系赛璐璐、薄涂、国风二次元、机甲二次元等）有深入研究，有个人原创角色作品或美术流程分享； 5. 懂基础 Unity 渲染、Shader、性能优化逻辑，能自主协调模型在引擎内落地问题。
