1. 负责公司自研游戏项目从立项到上线全周期的核心UI设计工作，结合游戏品类定位、核心玩法与目标用户画像，完成项目整体UI视觉风格定义，输出核心玩法系统、赛季活动、商城等核心模块的高质量设计方案，保障全项目UI视觉风格统一性与操作体验流畅性。 2. 能对接游戏策划、客户端开发，提前预判设计落地过程中的适配性问题，跟进UI方案从输出到落地的全流程验收。 3. 持续跟踪国内外标杆游戏的UI设计趋势、新技术应用变化，沉淀创新设计方法（重要）。

1. 视觉传达、数字媒体艺术、美术设计相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上一线游戏UI设计工作经验，拥有至少1款完整上线的成熟游戏项目（移动端/PC/主机均可）核心UI设计经验，附带可查看的完整个人作品集。 2. 具备扎实的美术基本功，对色彩搭配、版式构图、视觉层级、动效节奏有出色的把控能力，熟悉不同品类游戏（二次元ARPG、开放世界、卡牌、竞技对战等）的UI设计逻辑与风格特点，能够快速适配不同项目的风格定位输出符合要求的方案。 3. 不仅具备优秀的视觉设计能力，同时理解游戏产品逻辑，掌握基础交互设计原则，能够站在用户体验、业务目标的角度思考设计问题，平衡视觉表现与功能可用性。 4. 具备良好的沟通理解能力与项目推进能力，工作主动性强，能够承受多项目并行的工作节奏，对游戏行业有高度热情。 5. 热爱游戏！！接触游戏类型较多，深入研究&游玩过2款以上游戏. 加分项 1. 掌握AE、Spine基础动效制作能力，有独立完成UE创意元素制作的能力； 3. 对某一细分品类游戏UI有深入研究，拥有个人原创设计作品或行业设计干货分享产出； 4. 懂基础游戏开发逻辑，能够自主协调设计落地问题
