1. 负责产品海外版本的运营工作，设定明确目标与关键指标，组织并监督运营执行，把控各模块质量、衔接与结果输出。 2. 协同市场 / 研发 / 平台技术 / 运维等团队，推进商店发布、本地化调优、版本规划、推广发行、技术对接等运营统筹。 3. 密切跟踪玩家动态与运营数据（活跃、留存、付费、用户行为等），深度分析用户需求，为开发团队提供及时的信息与数据反馈，推进产品与运营策略的有效调整。 4. 负责各运营阶段的版本优化、付费与活跃活动的策划制定、执行监督、效果跟踪与数据复盘。 5. 熟悉海外手游市场与竞品动向，基于竞品分析、用户反馈与数据结果提出优化建议与解决方案，推进版本迭代。 6. 以重度玩家视角参与决策——把真实玩家体感带入运营动作。

1. 1 年左右工作经验，有游戏行业相关背景，运营与策划方向优先。 2. 重度游戏玩家，游戏经历丰富、理解深入，对玩法设计、数值体验或长线运营有独立判断；爱思考、做事认真靠谱，能把想法拆成动作执行到位。 3. 熟悉产品从准备到上线的运营环节，对数据分析 / 商业化设计 / 版本制定 / 内容运营有基本认知，有实操经验者优先。 4. 英文 CET-6 以上或同等水平，能直接阅读海外社区与文档，了解全球主要市场现状与用户特性。 5. 思维敏捷、逻辑清晰，具备独立分析与解决问题的能力，能为团队提供有效的处理意见与方案。 6. 优秀的沟通执行能力与责任心，抗压自驱。
