The posting

1. 虚拟3D庭院场景构建：基于Unreal Engine (UE5) / Unity / Isaac Sim 等仿真引擎，构建并维护高保真的虚拟3D庭院场景。负责场景中的数字资产（如草地、灌木、台阶、动态障碍物等）的搭建、材质调整与物理属性配置。 2. Sim2Real数据生成：设计并实现仿真环境下的传感器仿真（双目相机、激光雷达等），批量生成带有精准真值（Ground Truth）的多模态合成数据（RGB、深度图、点云、语义分割、BEV/Occ标注等），用于下游感知与规划任务。 3. 下游网络训练赋能：协助感知/规划团队中的1-2个模块（如双目深度网络、BEV/Occ感知、视觉定位或路径规划），利用生成的合成数据进行下游网络的训练、微调与评测，验证Sim2Real数据的有效性。 4. 域随机化与域适应：探索域随机化（Domain Randomization）与域适应（Domain Adaptation）技术，缩小仿真数据与真实庭院数据之间的视觉与几何鸿沟，提升模型在真实场景下的泛化能力。 5. 总结研究成果，鼓励投稿到CVPR/ICCV/CoRL/RAL/TRO等会议或期刊。

1. 背景：计算机视觉、机器人、图形学、自动化或相关方向大四（已保研）或研究生在读，能保证至少3-6个月实习时间。 2. 基础（满足以下任一方向即可）： - 仿真/图形学方向：熟悉至少一种主流仿真引擎（如Unreal Engine, Unity, Isaac Sim, Blender等），了解3D建模、材质渲染、光照烘焙等基础概念；有游戏引擎开发或3D场景搭建经验者优先。 - 算法方向：具备扎实的深度学习理论基础，熟悉BEV/Occ、双目深度估计、视觉定位或路径规划中至少一个领域的基本原理。 3. 硬能力：熟练使用Python，有PyTorch实际使用经验；了解C++或蓝图（Blueprint）脚本，具备良好的工程实现能力。 4. 软素质：良好的团队协作与沟通能力，乐于分享技术见解，有钻研精神，能够与感知、规划、定位等团队高效协同。 5. 加分项： - 有Sim2Real、域随机化、合成数据生成相关项目经验； - 熟悉传感器仿真（如相机内参/外参标定、雷达射线检测等）； - 有自动驾驶/机器人仿真环境搭建或数据闭环相关经验； - 有顶会论文发表或开源项目贡献。
