Missions

L'assistant(e) en communication est chargé(e) d'assister le responsable communication dans la mise en œuvre des actions de communication de Simplon. Il/elle est en appui de l'organisation des événements, de la gestion des outils de communication et de la coordination avec les différents services.

Responsabilités

Assister de la responsable communication dans la définition et la mise en œuvre des actions de communication de l'entreprise ;

Accompagner la rédaction des plans stratégiques et leurs mises en œuvre ;

Assurer la coordination des différents services pour la mise en place des actions de communication auprès de la responsable communication marketing ;

Organiser des événements internes et externes tels que des conférences, des réunions, des salons et des expositions auprès de la responsable communication marketing ;

Appuyer la gestion de la création, la mise à jour et la diffusion des supports de communication de l'entreprise (brochures, présentations, newsletters, communiqués de presse, etc.) ;

Assurer la gestion des réseaux sociaux et du site web de Simplon ;

Assister la responsable communication marketing dans les relations avec les médias ;

Appuyer la gestion des budgets alloués aux actions de communication et veiller au respect des échéances ;

Réaliser des éléments graphiques de composition à l'aide d'outils de création;

Traiter des images en Haute Définition ;

Capturer et monter des supports photos et vidéos ;

Participer à la gestion de l’e-réputation de Simplon ;

Participer à l’édition d’un planning éditorial de publication de contenus ;

Faire de la veille sur l’écosystème Tech et prendre en compte les tendances actuelles ;

Gérer diverses campagnes et/ou actions de marketing digital ;

Gérer les Digital Ads ( Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) ;

Appuyer la définition des besoins en termes d’outils de communication digitale supplémentaires ;

Éditer des rapports statistiques sur les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) ;

Tenir compte des contraintes budgétaires qui lui sont imposées ;

Intégrer le respect de l'environnement dans ses réalisations ;

Superviser la conception de contenu.

Compétences

Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de coordination

Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement avec les différents services de l'entreprise

Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et de communication

Connaissance des outils informatiques et de communication (bureautique, logiciels de conception graphique, réseaux sociaux, etc.)

Connaissance des techniques de gestion de projet et de budget

Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais
