Ben jij dé Mechanical Engineer die energie krijgt van technisch maatwerk? Bij Matex Deuren werk je aan slimme, veilige en maakbare bedrijfsdeuren die precies passen bij de vraag van de klant. Van eerste ontwerp tot productie en montage, jij zorgt dat techniek, kwaliteit en praktijk perfect samenkomen zoals de klant van ons gewend is.

Wat ga je doen

Als Mechanical Engineer ontwerp, bereken en werk je complexe maatwerk bedrijfsdeuren uit. Je zorgt dat ontwerpen voldoen aan de wensen van de opdrachtgever, geldende normen en kwaliteitseisen van Matex. Jij kijkt kritisch naar haalbaarheid, risico’s, materiaalkeuze en produceerbaarheid én je denkt actief mee over hoe het slimmer, beter of efficiënter kan.

In je dagelijkse werk:

  • Ontwerp je maatwerk bedrijfsdeuren op basis van klantwensen en projectspecificaties.
  • Maak je 3D-modellen, productietekeningen en technische documentatie in Autodesk Inventor.
  • Bereken je constructies, belastingen, aandrijvingen, scharnieren, veren en bewegingsmechanismen.
  • Adviseer je Verkoop over technische oplossingen en ondersteun je bij offertes en aanbestedingen.
  • Stem je af met productie, montage, leveranciers en klanten om projecten soepel te laten verlopen.
  • Signaleer je technische risico’s, begeleid je prototypes en initieer je verbeteringen voor de toekomst.

Wie ben jij

  • Je hebt een hbo-opleiding richting Werktuigbouwkunde/Mechanical Engineering of vergelijkbaar;
  • Je hebt ervaring als constructeur, Mechanical Engineer of Project Engineer.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een technische omgeving waar maatwerk, constructieleer en praktische maakbaarheid samenkomen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Autodesk Inventor en 3D CAD;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt analytisch en werkt oplossingsgericht!
  • Je communiceert helder met collega’s, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed en hebt VCA VOL, of bent bereid dit te behalen.
  • Heb je ervaring met maatwerk machinebouw, staalconstructies of industriële deuren? Dan sluit deze rol extra goed bij je aan!

Matex Deuren gevestigd te De Meern (gemeente Utrecht), is sinds 1965 een gedegen en gezond familiebedrijf. Matex produceert, levert, monteert en onderhoudt Bedrijfsdeuren voor de nieuwbouw en renovatiewerken in heel Nederland. Samen met een team van zo’n 80 collega’s staan wij garant voor een uitstekende kwaliteit en service.

Aanbod

Je komt te werken op de afdeling Bedrijfsbureau samen met 5 andere collega’s. We hebben korte communicatielijnen in een informele sfeer. Daarnaast bieden wij:

  • Salaris tussen de € 4.300,= en € 5.500,= bruto
  • 38-urige werkweek
  • 25 vakantiedagen, 13 ADV-dagen en 8% vakantietoeslag
