Precies daarvoor kom jij als modern workplace engineer in actie! Wat deze rol extra uitdagend maakt? De ruimte die jij hebt om tactisch mee te denken en te innoveren. Hoe werken we slimmer, veiliger, efficiënter? Bij Proxsys staan jouw ideeën centraal!

Wat je gaat doen:

· Cloud- en devicebeheer – je richt moderne werkplekken in, bewaakt baselines en beheert instellingen binnen klantomgevingen.

· Procesoptimalisatie en automatisering – je voorkomt handmatig, repeterend werk door slimme scripts en nieuwe werkwijzen en denkt mee over de verbetering of uitbreiding van tooling.

· Software- en patchmanagement – je zorgt dat systemen veilig, up-to-date en compliant blijven met behulp van tooling als Microsoft Intune, Datto RMM, Simeon Cloud en Robopack.

· Dashboards uitlezen en acties signaleren – je monitort proactief en onderneemt actie waar nodig. Plus: je signaleert actief verbeterkansen op het gebied van security, performance en gebruikerservaring.

· Security waarborgen en samenwerken met het Security Operations Center – je overlegt regelmatig met ons securityteam, pakt kwetsbaarheden op en draagt bij aan de veiligheid van onze IT-omgeving.

· Werken binnen ITIL-processen – je draagt bij aan incident-, change- en problemmanagement en borgt de structuur in het beheer.

· Samenwerking met klanten – je stemt af over updates en onderhoud, en denkt mee over de beste aanpak.

  • Dit heb jij in huis · Minimaal Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau. · Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring. · Ervaring met Microsoft Intune, Entra ID en Windows Server. · Kennis van Powershell en automatisering. · Kennis van baselines in Microsoft 365.
