Wil jij organisaties en medewerkers ondersteunen bij verzuim, re-integratie en duurzame inzetbaarheid? En werk je graag in een omgeving waar eigen regie, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan? Dan komen we graag met je in contact. Binnen Verdi Fit, onderdeel van Verdi Groep, bouw je aan een eigen klantenportfolio en draag je direct bij aan het begeleiden van organisaties bij inzetbaarheid en het reduceren van verzuim.

Jouw rol Als Casemanager ben je sparringpartner voor werkgevers en werknemers, met volledige eigen regie over je trajecten. Je begeleidt verzuimtrajecten, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat processen zorgvuldig en volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving verlopen. Je kijkt verder dan het verzuimdossier alleen en adviseert over structurele verbeteringen op het gebied van inzetbaarheid en preventie.

Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde: het ene moment voer je een gesprek op locatie bij een werkgever, het andere moment sta je een workshop te geven of schuif je aan bij een overleg met collega-specialisten.

  • Je bent sparringpartner over verzuim- en re-integratietrajecten bij diverse organisaties
  • Adviseren over inzetbaarheid en gezondheidsmanagement
  • Knelpunten signaleren en met passende oplossingen komen
  • Zorgen voor een overzichtelijk verzuimdossier conform de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter
  • Contact onderhouden met diverse arbo-specialisten
  • Bijdragen aan vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid
  • Werkgevers begeleiden in hun rol binnen het verzuimproces

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Ervaring met verzuimbegeleiding en casemanagement
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Register casemanager of bereid dit te worden
  • Servicegerichte instelling en communicatief vaardig
  • Een structurele werkhouding waarbij je overzicht bewaard
  • Een analytisch werk- en denkvermogen
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs

  • Een salaris tussen € 3.300 en € 5.380 per maand op basis van werkervaring en 40 uur
  • Een dienstverband van minimaal 32 uur per week
