Bij Verdi Fit Amsterdam, onderdeel van Verdi Groep, krijg je een eigen klantenportfolio en draag je direct bij aan het begeleiden van werkgevers en werknemers bij verzuim.

Jouw rol Als Adviseur Verzuim & Inzetbaarheid heb je de regie over je eigen verzuimtrajecten en adviseer je werkgevers en werknemers op inhoud. Je schakelt zelfstandig met collega-specialisten en zorgt dat trajecten zorgvuldig en volgens de wet- en regelgeving verlopen. Tegelijk kijk je verder dan verzuim alleen: preventie en duurzame inzetbaarheid staan bij jou net zo hoog op de agenda.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Zelfstandig schakelen tussen gesprekspartners over verzuim- en re-integratietrajecten volgens de Wet verbetering Poortwachter
  • Samen met klanten doelstellingen, actieplannen en jaarplannen opstellen
  • Advisering over duurzame inzetbaarheid, verzuim, preventie en passende interventies
  • Verdiepingsgesprekken met werknemers en leidinggevenden
  • Korte lijnen onderhouden met bedrijfsartsen en arbeidsdeskundigen
  • Knelpunten signaleren en met concrete verbeteringen komen

Het team Je komt terecht in twee hechte teams van adviseurs en supportmedewerkers, waar je er nooit alleen voor staat. Er is volop ruimte voor inhoudelijk overleg en kennisdeling en aandacht voor zowel het werk als de sfeer onder elkaar.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een salaris tussen € 3.300 en € 5.380 per maand op basis van werkervaring en 40 uur
  • Een dienstverband van 32 tot 40 uur per week

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Ervaring in casemanagement, verzuimbegeleiding of een vergelijkbare rol
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Moeiteloos communiceren met diverse gesprekspartners
  • Structuur en koers bewaking
  • Zowel mensgericht als resultaatgericht
