Ben jij een casemanager en zoek je een rol waarin je verantwoordelijkheid hebt voor je eigen dossiers én direct impact maakt op werkgevers en werknemers? Dan komen we graag met je in contact. Binnen Verdi Fit Lelystad, onderdeel van Verdi Groep, werk je samen met collega’s aan het begeleiden van organisaties bij verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid.

Jouw rol

Als Casemanager Verzuim ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor werkgevers en werknemers gedurende de eerste twee ziektejaren. Je begeleidt verzuimtrajecten van A tot Z en zorgt dat dossiers zorgvuldig en volgens de Wet verbetering Poortwachter worden opgebouwd. Je schakelt continu tussen verschillende partijen en houdt overzicht, ook bij complexe casuïstiek.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Begeleiden van verzuimtrajecten vanaf de eerste ziektedag
  • Onderhouden van contact met werkgevers, werknemers en Arboprofessionals
  • Voeren van verzuimgesprekken, zowel op locatie als online
  • Zorgdragen voor een volledig en juridisch correct dossier
  • Inplannen van spreekuren en opvolgen van adviezen van de bedrijfsarts
  • Signaleren van stagnatie en inzetten van passende interventies
  • Adviseren van werkgevers over verzuim, preventie en relevante wetgeving
  • Meedenken over verbetering van processen en dienstverlening

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een diploma Casemanagement
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende partijen
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd
  • Je combineert doortastendheid met een mensgerichte aanpak
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een salaris tussen € 3.000 en € 5.380 per maand op basis van 40 uur
  • Een dienstverband van 32 tot 40 uur per week
  • Hybride werken
