The posting

Verdi Groep versterkt organisaties op het gebied van arbeidsdeskundige dienstverlening. Ons landelijke team groeit snel, en daarom zoeken we een Planner / Coördinator die energie krijgt van organiseren, schakelen en ervoor zorgt dat processen soepel lopen.

Ben jij nauwkeurig, servicegericht en heb je talent voor plannen? Dan kun jij hét verschil maken in de verdere professionalisering van dit jonge, enthousiaste team.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor planning, administratie en klantcontact. Je trekt de kar op dit gebied, ondersteunt een landelijk team van arbeidsdeskundigen en zorgt dat hun werkweek strak georganiseerd is.

Je houdt je bezig met:

  • Het telefonisch plannen van afspraken met werkgevers.
  • Het beheren en bewaken van de agenda’s van arbeidsdeskundigen.
  • Contact met klanten over afstemming, wijzigingen en vragen.
  • Het verwerken van uitnodigingen, documenten en terugkoppelingen.
  • Afhandeling van binnenkomende mail en vragen.
  • Administratie en dossiervoering in de verzuimapplicatie.
  • Meedenken over verbetering van processen binnen het team.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring met plannen of administratieve ondersteuning.
  • Servicegerichtheid en overtuigingskracht.
  • Nauwkeurige en flexibele werkhouding.
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Ervaring binnen arbodienstverlening of met arbeidsdeskundigen is een pré.
