Bij Verdi Groep bewegen we iedere dag mee met een snelgroeiende organisatie. Binnen ons IT-team betekent dat: nieuwe labels aansluiten, systemen slimmer inrichten en processen steeds verder optimaliseren. Daarom zoeken we een Applicatiebeheerder die energie krijgt van techniek doorgronden, processen verbeteren en gebruikers echt verder helpen.

We zoeken iemand die systematisch denkt, verbanden ziet en structuur brengt. Iemand die technisch en procesmatig begrijpt wat er gebeurt en zo een sterk fundament helpt bouwen voor de komende jaren.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Applicatiebeheerder word jij de specialist die ons verzuimsysteem Planningsagenda optimaal laat draaien. Je schakelt tussen collega’s en leverancier en zorgt dat Planningsagenda niet alleen functioneert, maar ook bijdraagt aan betere dienstverlening binnen de hele Verdi Groep.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

Applicatiebeheer en optimalisatie

  • Doorgronden van technische en functionele problemen tot je de oorzaak hebt gevonden.
  • Configureren en optimaliseren van Planningsagenda zodat processen logisch, efficiënt en toekomstbestendig blijven.
  • Opvolgen en afhandelen van verstoringen, bugs en wijzigingsverzoeken

Gebruikers en processen

  • Vertalen van gebruikersbehoeften naar functionele aanpassingen of nieuwe features.
  • Testen van nieuwe releases en functionaliteiten.
  • Opstellen van documentatie, handleidingen en instructies.
  • Meedenken over procesoptimalisatie en verbetermogelijkheden

Samenwerken en verbeteren

  • Contact onderhouden met de softwareleverancier aan de ene kant en onze gebruikers (intern en bij de klant) aan de andere kant.
  • Signaleren van knelpunten in systemen en processen en deze omzetten naar concrete verbeteringen.
  • Je levert een bijdrage aan de migraties naar het centrale verzuimsysteem Planningsagenda voor alle Verdi-labels die nog moeten aansluiten.

Wat breng jij mee?

We zoeken iemand die technisch kan doorgronden, logisch redeneert en (verzuim)-applicaties begrijpt op functioneel én systeemtechnisch niveau.

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Minimaal drie jaar ervaring in applicatiebeheer, functioneel beheer of een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Je denkt in processen en begrijpt hoe systemen deze processen ondersteunen.
  • Je kunt snel tot de kern van een probleem komen, zowel technisch als inhoudelijk.
  • Ervaring met verzuimapplicaties, Planningsagenda of vergelijkbare systemen is een pré.
  • Je communiceert helder, schakelt makkelijk en werkt proactief.
  • Je vindt het leuk om mee te bouwen aan verdere professionalisering van het team.
  • Ben je zeer ervaren en in staat om collega’s met minder ervaring naar een hoger niveau te brengen, dan is dat ook een pré

  • Een salaris tussen € 4.200 en € 5.500 o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek en afhankelijk van ervaring.
