The posting

Verdi Fit groeit op alle vlakken en daarmee zoeken we een uitbreiding van ons team Casemanagement. Heb jij zin om in een groeiende organisatie een grote diversiteit aan klanten te ondersteunen en heb je hier al enige ervaring in? Dan zoeken we jou!

In de rol van Casemanager bij Verdi Fit Apeldoorn ben je verantwoordelijke voor je eigen klanten, van klein MKB tot middelgrote en grote organisaties, verspreid over heel Nederland. Daarbij begeleiden wij werkgevers steeds naar meer zelfstandigheid. We werken niet in taakdelegatie, de beoordeling van de belastbaarheid wordt gedaan door de bedrijfsartsen. De Casemanager legt de nadruk op het activeren van leidinggevenden en werknemers bij hun re-integratie en preventie van verzuim en daarnaast hebben we focus op inzetbaarheid denken in plaats van verzuimdenken. Uiteraard rekening houdend met de vereisten van de WVP.

Dat kan op verschillende manieren; denk aan verzuimoverleg met leidinggevenden, geven van workshops en het voeren van gezamenlijke gesprekken met werknemers op locatie. Door maatwerk te bieden sluiten we aan bij de wensen van onze klanten en houden we ons werk boeiend en afwisselend. We werken continue aan verbetering van onze eigen kennis, onze diensten als team en als arbodienst, waarbij we veel samenwerken met onze collega re-integratiespecialisten, arbeidsdeskundigen, bedrijfsartsen en natuurlijk onze ondersteunende afdelingen.

Op ons mooie en inspirerende kantoor zijn alle faciliteiten om prettig te werken en collega's te ontmoeten. Vind je het leuk om je klanten ook te bezoeken? Graag! Natuurlijk wordt thuiswerken ook gefaciliteerd. Omdat we landelijk werken is het niet nodig om dagelijks naar Apeldoorn te komen, reisafstand hoeft dus geen issue te zijn.

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau

  • Mensgericht, communicatief vaardig en resultaatgericht
  • Iemand die goed overzicht kan houden over een scala aan werkzaamheden

  • Een teamplayer die graag samenwerkt met onze andere specialisten
