Jouw rol: bijdragen aan gezond werk in Nederland

Als Bedrijfsarts bij Verdi Groep heb je een centrale rol in het versterken van gezondheid en optimaliseren van inzetbaarheid. Jij begeleidt werknemers bij verzuim en re-integratie en adviseert werkgevers over duurzame oplossingen. Je werkt multidisciplinair samen binnen klantteams, met korte lijnen en duidelijke processen, taken en doelen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Beoordelen en begeleiden van (dreigend) verzuimende medewerkers.
  • Adviseren van werkgevers over arbeidsomstandigheden, preventie en inzetbaarheid.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met collega-bedrijfsartsen en het ondersteuningsteam.
  • Bijdragen aan vernieuwing van beleid, processen en kwaliteit van dienstverlening.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Salaris tussen € 5.500 en € 11.000 bruto per maand, o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek en afhankelijk van ervaring.
