Als Bidmanager bij Verdi Groep krijg je de ruimte om de Tenderdesk verder te bouwen. Je schrijft en coördineert aanbestedingen voor meerdere organisaties binnen onze groep en bepaalt samen met collega's hoe we het bidproces verder inrichten. Zo combineer je zelfstandig werken met inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid en commerciële invloed. Een rol voor een sterke schrijver die graag overzicht creëert en wil bouwen. Lees verder.

Jouw rol

Een goede aanbesteding vraagt om meer dan een sterk verhaal. De strategie moet kloppen, informatie moet op tijd beschikbaar zijn en ieder antwoord moet bijdragen aan een zo sterk mogelijke inschrijving. Jij brengt dat bij elkaar.

Als Bidmanager pak je het volledige aanbestedings- en offertetraject op. Je werkt samen met sales, marketing, operations en inhoudelijke experts en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat wanneer nodig is. Tegelijkertijd bouw je mee aan de tenderdesk en richt je processen, formats en werkwijzen verder in.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Zelfstandig schrijven, beheren en coördineren van aanbestedingen, tenders, RFI's en RFP's.
  • Bepalen van de bidstrategie met directie, sales en inhoudelijke collega's en vertalen van input naar overtuigende inschrijvingen.
  • Regisseren van het volledige proces, van tenderselectie en planning tot kwaliteitscontrole en tijdige indiening.
  • Opbouwen van processen, templates, formats en een contentarchief met cases, referenties en standaardantwoorden.

Je kijkt daarbij verder dan de eerstvolgende deadline. Je brengt in kaart wat goed werkt en zorgt dat kennis uit eerdere trajecten beschikbaar blijft voor nieuwe aanbestedingen.

Wat bieden wij jou?

Je krijgt veel vrijheid in waar en hoe je werkt. Omdat je vrijwel altijd vanuit huis kunt werken, ben je niet gebonden aan één vaste werklocatie. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de ruimte om je stempel te drukken op de verdere inrichting van de tenderdesk.

Je kunt rekenen op:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris van € 3.000 tot € 4.500 op basis van 40 uur en afhankelijk van je ervaring.
  • Een bonusregeling op basis van prestaties.
  • 25 vakantiedagen.

  • Hybride werken met flexibele werktijden en de mogelijkheid om thuis te werken.

Wie ben jij?

Je kunt ingewikkelde informatie snel doorgronden en vertaalt die naar een helder en overtuigend verhaal. Je houdt overzicht wanneer meerdere mensen input moeten leveren en neemt zelf de regie over het proces. Daarbij combineer je schrijfkwaliteit met commercieel inzicht.

Verder is het belangrijk dat je:

  • Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau hebt.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring hebt als Bidmanager, Tender Specialist of in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Ervaring hebt met aanbestedingen en complexe offertetrajecten.

Je werkt binnen een tenderdesk met twee collega's en schakelt met verschillende teams en inhoudelijke specialisten binnen Verdi Groep. Veel van die samenwerking vindt digitaal plaats, waardoor je vrijwel altijd vanuit huis kunt werken. Je krijgt daarbij de vrijheid om zelfstandig je werk te organiseren.
