Dit ga je doen als zorgstudent

Als zorgstudent draai je volledig mee in de zorg. Je ondersteunt bij dagelijkse verzorging, zoals wassen, aankleden, eten. Daarnaast begeleid je cliënten en reik je medicatie aan. Dit geeft je een unieke kans om je kennis in de praktijk te brengen en te ontdekken of werken in de thuiszorg bij jou past. In de ochtend start je samen met je collega’s van het wijkteam of ga je direct zelfstandig op pad in de wijk.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, vanaf FWG 30 minimaal €16,61 bruto per uur, plus toeslagen voor avond- en weekenddiensten.
  • Een contract voor 0 tot 36 uur per week.
  • Wekelijkse uitbetaling van gewerkte uren via DuoZorg Flexpert.
  • Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, reiskostenvergoeding, pensioenopbouw, vakantiegeld en vakantiedagen.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij mee brengt

  • Je bent gediplomeerd Helpende óf je volgt een zorgopleiding Verzorgende IG of Verpleegkundige en hebt al stage-ervaring (ADL).
  • Je hebt ervaring met tilliften.
  • Je bent vriendelijk, vrolijk en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je bent 17 jaar of ouder.
  • Je woont in Breukelen of omgeving.

Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
