Als flexibele Helpende (Plus), Verzorgende IG of Verpleegkundige bij Careyn werk je in verschillende verzorgingshuizen óf in de wijkverpleging, waar jouw inzet telt op de momenten dat het ertoe doet. Je biedt persoonlijke verzorging, verpleegtechnische handelingen en begeleiding aan bewoners of cliënten met uiteenlopende zorgvragen. Je speelt flexibel in op wisselende zorgbehoeften en signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid, die je zorgvuldig rapporteert. Door jouw betrokkenheid bouw je een warme band op en draag je bij aan een prettige woonomgeving. Samen met collega’s zorg je voor continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg, precies daar waar het nodig is.

Dit ga je doen als flexkracht

Als flexibele Helpende (Plus), Verzorgende IG of Verpleegkundige combineer je professionele zorg met persoonlijke aandacht. Je bepaalt zelf je rooster, waardoor werk en privé goed in balans blijven. Afhankelijk van je functie verleen, organiseer en waarborg je de zorg. Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met bewoners of cliënten en werkt nauw samen met collega’s en familieleden. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan teamontwikkeling en het verbeteren van zorgprocessen. Zo maak je iedere dienst van betekenis.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG: 20/25 € 2.488,17 - € 3.233,35 Helpende (Plus), 35 € 2.735,91 - € 3.592,96 Verzorgende IG, 45/50 € 3.502,45 - € 4.822,50 Verpleegkundige.
  • Direct een vast contract voor 0 tot 32 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
