Werken in het VPT-team van Montfoort en Linschoten betekent bijdragen aan het dagelijks leven van cliënten in een omgeving waar mensen elkaar kennen en betrokkenheid vanzelfsprekend is. Je bouwt een band op met cliënten en helpt hen om zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig en prettig thuis te blijven wonen. Achter iedere voordeur schuilt een ander verhaal, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is. Met jouw aandacht, ondersteuning en betrokkenheid maak je dagelijks een waardevol verschil, terwijl je je omringt met een gezellig en hecht team waarin jouw inzet wordt gewaardeerd.

Dit ga je doen als Helpende (Plus)

Binnen het VPT-team ondersteun je cliënten om zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig thuis te blijven wonen. Als Helpende help je bij de persoonlijke verzorging en dagelijkse ondersteuning. Als Helpende Plus deel je daarnaast medicatie volgens protocol en voer je aanvullende zorgtaken uit. Je hebt oog voor welzijn, gezondheid en zelfredzaamheid en werkt nauw samen met collega's om cliënten passende ondersteuning te bieden op het gebied van zorg, welzijn en dagelijks functioneren.

Wat werken in dit team aantrekkelijk maakt

Je komt terecht in een hecht en betrokken wijkteam van leefondersteuners, Helpende Plus en VIG’ers, waar collega's elkaar kennen en ondersteunen. Door de combinatie van dorpszorg en uiteenlopende zorgvragen is geen dag hetzelfde. Je werkt zelfstandig bij cliënten thuis, maar kunt altijd terugvallen op je team. De korte lijnen, persoonlijke sfeer en grote betrokkenheid bij cliënten maken het werken in Montfoort en Linschoten extra bijzonder. Bovendien krijg je volop begeleiding en ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, Helpende FWG 25: € 2.599 - € 3.233; Helpende Plus FWG 30: € 2.663 - € 3.410 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor minimaal 24 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
