Dit ga je doen als Fysiotherapeut

Je levert fysiotherapeutische zorg op de Wlz-afdelingen, met focus op bewoners met een PG-zorgvraag. Hierbij staan beweging, zelfstandigheid en vertrouwen centraal. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar altijd in verbinding met collega’s en andere behandelaren.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Behandelen van cliënten met PG problematiek binnen de locatie.
  • Afstemmen met collega‑behandelaren zoals ergo-, logo- en muziektherapeuten.
  • Toepassen van behandelmethoden die passen bij reablement, positieve gezondheid en leven in vrijheid.
  • Meedenken over en bijdragen aan vakinhoudelijke ontwikkelingen binnen het team.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 55: € 3.772 - € 5.413 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Een vast contract voor 17 uur per week, bij voorkeur per november 2026.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Een afgeronde hbo‑opleiding Fysiotherapie.
  • Zelfstandigheid en het vermogen om bewust keuzes te maken in je behandeling.
  • Interesse in ontwikkelingen binnen de ouderenzorg en het toepassen daarvan in de praktijk.
  • Bereidheid om actief bij te dragen aan de vakgroep fysiotherapie Utrecht‑West.

Over het team

Je komt terecht in een warm en divers team van fysiotherapeuten met verschillende leeftijden en expertises, waaronder geriatriefysiotherapie en Parkinson. Op de locatie werk je samen binnen een multidisciplinair behandelteam met onder andere Specialisten Ouderengeneeskunde, psychologen, ergotherapeuten en logopedisten. Daarnaast maak je deel uit van de vakgroep fysiotherapie Utrecht‑West, een groep van ongeveer 20 collega’s die zich in de opstartfase bevindt en waarin ruimte is om mee te bouwen, ideeën te delen en samen het vak verder vorm te geven.

Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
