Als Helpende Plus binnen het VPT-team Noord-Oost/Oost ondersteun je cliënten in hun eigen vertrouwde woonomgeving. Je draagt bij aan hun welzijn, zelfstandigheid en kwaliteit van leven door professionele zorg te combineren met persoonlijke aandacht. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist dat maakt jouw werk waardevol en afwisselend. Terwijl je je omringt met een gezellig en hecht team waarin jouw inzet gewaardeerd wordt.

Dit ga je doen als Helpende Plus

Als helpende plus in het VPT team ondersteunt cliënten thuis bij de dagelijkse verzorging en huishoudelijke taken, zodat zij zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig kunnen blijven wonen. Daarnaast voert de Helpende Plus eenvoudige verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, zoals medicatie aanreiken of toedienen volgens protocol. Ook signaleert zij veranderingen in de gezondheidssituatie van cliënten en stemt af met collega's en andere zorgverleners. Daarbij staat persoonlijke aandacht, welzijn en zelfredzaamheid van de cliënt centraal.

Wat werken in dit team aantrekkelijk maakt

Je komt terecht in een nieuw VPT-team voor Utrecht Noord-Oost en Oost, waarin leefondersteuners, helpenden, verzorgenden en verpleegkundigen nauw samenwerken aan de best mogelijke ondersteuning voor cliënten thuis. Omdat het team nog in opbouw is, krijg je veel ruimte om mee te denken en invloed uit te oefenen op de werkwijze. Je werkt in een wijk waar samenwerking met huisartsen, specialisten en welzijnsorganisaties vanzelfsprekend is en waar de focus ligt op eigen regie en zelfstandig thuis wonen. Daarnaast kun je terugvallen op de specialistische kennis en expertise van Careyn wanneer dat nodig is. De combinatie van een nieuw team, korte lijnen en de dynamiek van de Utrechtse wijken maakt dit een unieke werkplek.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 30: € 2.663 - € 3.410 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 8 tot 24 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
