The posting

Op de CVA-revalidatieafdeling van Maria-Oord werk je met mensen die herstellen van een beroerte. Een periode waarin iedere stap telt en waarin jouw begeleiding direct invloed heeft op het herstel en de zelfstandigheid van revalidanten. Samen met collega’s stimuleer, motiveer en ondersteun je mensen om hun mogelijkheden opnieuw te ontdekken. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de gevolgen van een CVA, maar vooral naar wat iemand nog kan en wil bereiken.

Dit ga je doen als CVA revalidatie verpleegkundige

Je maakt deel uit van een gespecialiseerd revalidatieteam waarin samenwerking en activerende zorg centraal staan. Samen werk je aan het herstel van revalidanten en ondersteun je hen bij het terugvinden van regie over hun eigen leven.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Verlenen van verpleegkundige zorg en begeleiding aan revalidanten die herstellen van een CVA.
  • Stimuleren van zelfredzaamheid en ondersteunen bij het behalen van persoonlijke revalidatiedoelen.
  • Observeren van lichamelijke, cognitieve en gedragsmatige veranderingen en hierop inspelen in de dagelijkse zorg.
  • Samenwerken met behandelaren zoals fysiotherapeuten, ergotherapeuten, logopedisten, psychologen en artsen.
  • Bijdragen aan een optimaal revalidatieklimaat waarin eigen kracht, motivatie en herstel centraal staan.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 45: € 3.502 - € 4.245 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 24 tot 32 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Een diploma Verpleegkunde niveau 4 of Verzorgende IG niveau 3.
  • Affiniteit met revalidatiezorg en interesse in cognitieve revalidatie.
  • Vermogen om mensen te motiveren en te stimuleren in hun herstelproces.
  • Een positieve en samenwerkingsgerichte houding binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Flexibiliteit om dag-, avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten te werken.

Over het team

Je komt terecht in een hecht team van ongeveer vijftien collega's met een mix van ervaren medewerkers, jonge professionals en leerlingen. De sfeer is collegiaal en betrokken; samen zetten jullie je iedere dag in voor de beste revalidatiezorg. Regelmatig worden teamactiviteiten georganiseerd en er is veel aandacht voor samenwerken, kennis delen en elkaar verder helpen.

Binnen de afdeling verblijven maximaal 22 revalidanten die werken aan hun herstel na een beroerte. Het revalidatietraject duurt gemiddeld één tot drie maanden. Samen met zorgcollega’s, behandelaren en het netwerk van de revalidant onderzoek je welke vervolgstap het beste past: terug naar huis, met of zonder ondersteuning, of een andere passende woonvorm.

Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
