Maak jij het verschil voor onze bewoners? Als dagbestedingscoach bij Maria-oord zorg jij voor een gevarieerd activiteitenaanbod dat bijdraagt aan het welzijn van onze bewoners. Daarnaast ondersteun je bewoners waar nodig bij dagelijkse zorg- en ondersteuningsvragen, zodat zij zich prettig en veilig voelen. Met jouw betrokkenheid creëer je een fijne daginvulling én lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan de dagelijkse zorg en ondersteuning.

Dit ga je doen als Dagbestedingscoach

Als dagbestedingscoach ben jij de spil in het organiseren en coördineren van het dagprogramma voor onze bewoners. Naast het bieden van activiteiten en welzijnsondersteuning help je ook bij dagelijkse zorgtaken en ADL-ondersteuning. Daarmee zorg je ervoor dat bewoners zich prettig, veilig en gezien voelen.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Organiseren en coördineren van een gevarieerd dagprogramma voor bewoners.
  • In de ochtend draag je bij aan de dagelijkse zorg en ondersteuning van bewoners, zoals helpen met aan- en uitkleden, begeleiden bij toiletbezoek en ondersteunen bij het wassen en douchen van bewoners.
  • Inventariseren van wensen en behoeften van bewoners en deze vertalen naar passende activiteiten.
  • Opzetten van clubs en verenigingen die bijdragen aan welzijn en plezier.
  • Begeleiden van bewoners tijdens activiteiten.
  • Aansturen van vrijwilligers en stagiaires.

Wat breng je mee

  • Afgerond mbo-4 diploma in de zorg, bijvoorbeeld PBSD, Activiteitenbegeleider of vergelijkbaar.
  • Ervaring met het opzetten en uitvoeren van individuele en groepsactiviteiten.
  • Ervaring met ADL-ondersteuning, zoals helpen bij wassen, aankleden, toiletgang enz.
  • Creativiteit en inventiviteit in het bedenken van nieuwe ideeën.
  • Vaardigheid om goed te luisteren naar de wensen van bewoners.
  • Flexibiliteit en het vermogen om te werken in een dynamische omgeving.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 40: €2.981 - €3.864 o.b.v. 36 uur per week.
  • Direct een vast contract voor 20 tot 32 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
