Hospice De Margriet in Vlaardingen, prachtig gelegen aan het water van de Vlaardinger Vaart, biedt een thuis aan mensen die zich in de laatste fase van hun leven bevinden. De individuele zorg en begeleiding in het hospice wordt geleverd door een klein, enthousiast team van ervaren verpleegkundigen vanuit Careyn, de eigen huisarts, coördinatoren en vele vrijwilligers.

Dit ga je doen als Verpleegkundige

Als verpleegkundige in het team vervul je een essentiële rol binnen het hospice. Je voornaamste taken zijn: het bieden van integrale palliatieve zorg aan de gasten op basis van hun wensen/behoeften. Je geeft op creatieve wijze en met veel empathie inhoud aan de palliatieve zorg. Je hanteert en bewaakt professioneel je grenzen in de omgang met de gasten en hun naasten. Ook begeleid je de naasten en de vrijwilligers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de zorg en je bent continue op zoek naar verbetering. Tot slot werk je nauw samen met collega verpleegkundigen, de coördinatoren, huisartsen en andere disciplines.

Hospice De Margriet is een zeer gastvrij huis waar sinds 2013 aandacht, goede zorg, warmte en nabijheid heel vanzelfsprekend zijn. De bewoners kunnen hier in een prettige en huiselijke omgeving, omringd door goede zorgprofessionals, de laatste fase van hun leven doorbrengen. Hierbij wordt zo veel mogelijk rekening gehouden met hun wensen en die van hun naasten.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 50: € 3.592,96 - € 4.822,50 (o.b.v. 36 uur per week).
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Je bent in het bezit van het diploma Verpleegkunde niveau 5 en hebt recente ervaring als verpleegkundige in de palliatief-terminale zorg.
  • Je bent BIG geregistreerd en bevoegd.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, creatief en straalt rust uit.
  • Je bent in staat om een samenwerkingsrelatie op te bouwen met de vrijwilligers en andere betrokken hulpverleners.
  • Je bent in staat besluitvaardig en daadkrachtig te anticiperen op het (naderend) levenseinde.
  • Kennis en ervaring op het gebied van palliatieve zorg is een pre, je hebt bijscholing gevolgd ten aanzien van deze doelgroep. Ervaring met het programma ONS Nedap is een pre.

Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
