Op de revalidatieafdeling van Careyn Maria Oord werk je met cliënten die tijdelijk intramuraal verblijven om te herstellen en toe te werken naar een volgende woon- of zorgsituatie. De zorg is gericht op het behouden en vergroten van zelfstandigheid, in een omgeving waar alles in het teken staat van revalidatie. Dat vraagt om verpleegkundigen die overstijgend kijken, klinisch kunnen redeneren en actief bijdragen aan herstelgericht werken.

Dit ga je doen als hbo Verpleegkundige

Als hbo verpleegkundige ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verlenen, coördineren en bewaken van verpleegkundige zorg binnen de revalidatieafdeling. Je werkt volgens het revalidatieplan en draagt actief bij aan herstelgericht werken.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Begeleiden en motiveren van cliënten tijdens het revalidatieproces, met focus op zelfredzaamheid
  • Samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair behandelteam met verzorgenden, helpenden, voedingsassistenten en behandelaren
  • Geven van voorlichting en advies aan cliënten en hun naasten
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen en bijdragen aan teamontwikkeling en zorgprocessen.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 50: € 3.471 - € 4.659 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.

  • Afronden van een hbo-opleiding Verpleegkunde met een geldige BIG-registratie.

De revalidatieafdeling van Maria Oord werkt vanuit een therapeutisch klimaat waarin cliënten worden gestimuleerd om zo zelfstandig mogelijk te functioneren. Samen met collega’s wordt gebouwd aan een professionele, lerende werkomgeving waarin ontwikkeling van zorg en team centraal staat.

Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
