Careyn Nieuw Tamarinde is een zorglocatie in Utrecht waar ouderen met dementie wonen in een veilige, overzichtelijke en huiselijke omgeving. Hier draait het om rust, herkenning en persoonlijk contact. De locatie is volop in beweging en zoekt Helpende Plus-collega’s die energie meebrengen, initiatief tonen en met aandacht willen werken met een psychogeriatrische doelgroep. Ervaring is welkom, maar motivatie, betrokkenheid en de wil om te blijven leren zijn minstens zo belangrijk.

Dit ga je doen als Helpende (Plus)

Als Helpende (Plus) ondersteun je bewoners met dementie bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en begeleid je hen door de dag. Je helpt bij wassen, aankleden en eten en reikt medicatie aan of dient deze toe binnen jouw bevoegdheid. Je biedt structuur, signaleert veranderingen en speelt hierop in, zodat bewoners zich veilig en gezien voelen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar altijd in nauwe samenwerking met collega’s binnen het team.

Werken met een psychogeriatrische doelgroep betekent zorg bieden met focus op rust, nabijheid en herkenning. Je maakt deel uit van een betrokken team dat samen werkt aan goede zorg en een fijne sfeer. Er is ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en je rol te verdiepen. Je werkt in een huiselijke omgeving waar persoonlijke aandacht centraal staat. Daarnaast kun je meedenken over de ontwikkeling van het team en de locatie.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, voor helpende FWG 25: € 2.599 tot € 3.233 (o.b.v. 36 uur), helpende plus: FWG 30: € 2.663 tot € 3.410 (o.b.v. 36 uur)
  • Direct een vast contract voor 24 tot 36 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
