Zorg met een glimlach, midden tussen de mensen in Breukelen. Als Helpende Plus maak jij iedere dag het verschil met persoonlijke aandacht, zorg en een luisterend oor. Binnen ons Volledig Pakket Thuis (VPT) ondersteun je ouderen die graag langer zelfstandig thuis willen blijven wonen. Je krijgt de tijd en ruimte om verder te kijken dan de zorgvraag alleen en echt van betekenis te zijn voor cliënten. Heb je nog geen Plus-certificaat? Dan bieden wij je graag de mogelijkheid om deze opleiding te volgen.

Dit ga je doen als Helpende (plus)

Als Helpende plus ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht voor onze bewoners, iemand bij wie ze zich veilig en gezien voelen. Je helpt bij de algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen (ADL) zoals wassen, douchen, aankleden, toiletgang en eten. Ook reikt je medicatie aan of dient deze toe binnen je bevoegdheid, en signaleer je veranderingen in de gezondheid van cliënten. Je merkt snel wat iemand nodig heeft, soms al aan een blik of klein gebaar. Een praatje maken hoort er voor jou gewoon bij, want je bent er ook voor de mens achter de zorgvraag. Je vindt het belangrijk dat bewoners zichzelf kunnen blijven, ook als hun wereld kleiner wordt. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar kunt altijd terugvallen op een betrokken team om samen een fijne dag te maken.

Werken bij het VPT-teams in Breukelen betekent zorg verlenen in een mooie, groene omgeving, dicht bij de mensen. Je hebt veel afwisseling, omdat je verschillende cliënten ondersteunt in uiteenlopende woonomgevingen. Met jouw inzet maak je een betekenisvol verschil en zorg je dat cliënten zich echt gezien en gehoord voelen. Dankzij het volledig-thuis-pakket kun je nét dat beetje extra bieden, zodat mensen langer zelfstandig thuis kunnen blijven wonen. In jouw warme en betrokken rol als Helpende (plus) creëer je dagelijks kleine geluksmomenten en lever je zorg op maat.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 25 (Helpende): € 2.599 – € 3.233; FWG 30 (Helpende Plus): € 2.663 – € 3.410; (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 0 tot 24 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en Digicoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
