In de Rivieren‑ en Dichterswijk werk je midden in een levendige Utrechtse wijk, met herkenbare straten, verschillende culturen en mensen die graag zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig thuis blijven wonen. Als Leefondersteuner ben je dichtbij, letterlijk en figuurlijk. Met aandacht, rust en praktische hulp maak je dagelijks het verschil in het leven van cliënten in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving.

Dit ga je doen als Leefondersteuner

De werkdag staat in het teken van wonen, leven en meedoen. Ondersteuning wordt geboden bij persoonlijke verzorging, zoals wassen, aankleden en toiletgang, én bij huishoudelijke taken die bijdragen aan een prettige en veilige leefomgeving. Door aanwezig te zijn, structuur te bieden en goed te observeren, ontstaat ruimte voor eigen regie en zelfredzaamheid. Signalen over welzijn of veranderingen worden gedeeld met collega’s in het wijkteam, zodat de cliënt zich gezien en ondersteund voelt.

Wat werken in dit team aantrekkelijk maakt

Het wijkteam Rivieren‑ en Dichterswijk is divers, betrokken en volop in ontwikkeling. Collega’s kennen de wijk, de bewoners en elkaar. Samen wordt gebouwd aan leefondersteuning die echt aansluit bij het dagelijks leven van cliënten. Er is ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, maar altijd met een team om op terug te vallen. De combinatie van stedelijke dynamiek, vertrouwde gezichten en echte samenwerking maakt dit een plek waar werk betekenis krijgt.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 20: € 2.488 - € 3.064 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 24 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
