Als mbo Verpleegkundige kom je terecht in een van de wijkteams in regio Voorne aan Zee waar collega's kiezen voor uitdaging, regie en verdieping in hun werk. Samen werk je aan het behoud van kwaliteit van leven voor cliënten, met aandacht voor zowel medische als sociale aspecten. De combinatie van autonomie en samenwerking maakt dit werk bijzonder, geen dag is hetzelfde. En je doet het samen, met een team dat voor elkaar klaar staat.

Dit ga je doen als mbo Verpleegkundige

Als mbo Verpleegkundige in de wijk voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, signaleer je behoeften en ondersteun je cliënten in alle fases van het leven. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het opbouwen van een vertrouwensband, werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief bij het coördineren van de zorg. Werken in de wijk biedt een bijzondere inkijk in iemands leven, elke dag. In samenwerking met huisartsen en andere disciplines zorg je voor een passende aanpak, afgestemd op de thuissituatie. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en hun naasten en bewaakt continu de kwaliteit van zorg. Binnen het team draag je bij aan kennisdeling en ondersteun je collega’s op inhoudelijk vlak.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 45: €3.502,45 - €4.245,84 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 8 tot 32 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering
  • Deelname aan het balansbudget voor extra verlof of pensioenopbouw
