In het Staatsliedenkwartier in Woerden werk je midden in een wijk waar mensen graag zelfstandig blijven wonen en hun eigen leven voortzetten. Achter iedere voordeur speelt een ander verhaal, met zorgvragen die vragen om aandacht, overzicht en vertrouwen. Als mbo‑verpleegkundige ben je hier een vaste waarde in de wijk. Je brengt professionele zorg, maar vooral ook rust en veiligheid bij cliënten die op jou rekenen. Gelukkig kun je daarbij rekenen op de kracht van een professioneel en betrokken team.

Dit ga je doen als mbo Verpleegkundige

Binnen het wijkteam verleen je verpleegkundige zorg bij cliënten thuis. Voorbehouden handelingen en verpleegtechnische zorg horen daarbij, net als het signaleren van veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn. Je draagt actief bij aan medicatieveiligheid en andere kwaliteitsaspecten van zorg. In de afstemming met collega’s en de wijkverpleegkundige pak je gedelegeerde taken op en houd je overzicht over het zorgproces. Door goed te kijken naar wat iemand zelf kan, ondersteun je cliënten in hun eigen kracht en stimuleer je zelfredzaamheid.

Het wijkteam Staatsliedenkwartier is goed ingebed in de wijk en werkt nauw samen met huisartsen, apotheken en andere zorgpartners in Woerden. De lijnen zijn kort en de samenwerking is persoonlijk en betrokken. Binnen het team is ruimte om kennis te delen, collega’s te coachen en samen te blijven bouwen aan goede wijkzorg. De combinatie van vaste cliënten, afwisseling in zorgvragen en een prettige teamsfeer maakt dit een plek waar je als mbo verpleegkundige echt tot je recht komt.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 45: € 3.502 - € 4.245 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 28 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
