Ben jij een ervaren verpleegkundige die rust en overzicht bewaart in de avond en nacht? Voor onze locatie Maria-Oord in Vinkeveen zoeken we een Verpleegkundige Achterwacht die stevig in de schoenen staat en zelfstandig kan werken in rustige en drukke momenten. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s, houdt het overzicht en grijpt in waar nodig. Met jouw kennis en kalmte maak je echt het verschil voor onze bewoners.

Dit ga je doen als mbo Verpleegkundige achterwacht

Als mbo verpleegkundige Achterwacht bij Maria-Oord in Vinkeveen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verpleegkundige ondersteuning buiten reguliere werktijden. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s bij vragen of calamiteiten in de avond, nacht en het weekend. Je observeert bewoners, beoordeelt hun gezondheidstoestand en voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, zoals katheterzorg, medicatie en injecties. Daarbij beslis je wanneer de arts moet worden ingeschakeld en fungeer je als schakel tussen zorgmedewerkers, artsen en familie. Met jouw deskundigheid, zelfstandigheid en kalmte draag je bij aan veilige, persoonlijke zorg en een prettige leefomgeving voor onze bewoners.

Wat werken in dit team aantrekkelijk maakt

Je werkt in een veelzijdige zorgomgeving, waarin je bewoners ondersteunt met dementie, lichamelijke beperkingen, tijdens revalidatie of in kleinschalig wonen. Er is volop ruimte voor ontwikkeling, met kansen om je verder te verdiepen in je vak en door te groeien binnen Careyn. Daarnaast werk je in een warm team met betrokken vrijwilligers, in een levendig zorgcentrum met veel voorzieningen, waar samenwerking en een fijne sfeer centraal staan.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 45: € 3.502 - € 4.245 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 24 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
