De Meern West is een rustige, groene wijk aan de rand van Utrecht waar veel ouderen al jarenlang zelfstandig wonen. Het wijkteam van Careyn kent de buurt, de routes en vooral de mensen goed. Hier draait wijkverpleging om nabijheid, continuïteit en persoonlijke aandacht. Je werkt in een overzichtelijk werkgebied met vaste cliënten, samen met collega’s die elkaar weten te vinden en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de zorg in de wijk. Gelukkig kun je daarbij rekenen op de kracht van een professioneel en betrokken team.

Dit ga je doen als mbo Verpleegkundige

Als mbo Verpleegkundige in wijkteam De Meern West verleen je verplegende zorg aan cliënten in hun eigen thuissituatie. Je observeert en rapporteert veranderingen in de gezondheid, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit binnen je bevoegdheid en stemt af met collega’s, mantelzorgers en andere zorgverleners. Daarnaast denk je mee over passende zorg, begeleid je cliënten en draag je bij aan de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de wijkverpleging.

Als mbo Verpleegkundige in wijkteam De Meern West verleen je verplegende zorg aan cliënten in hun eigen thuissituatie. Je observeert en rapporteert veranderingen in de gezondheid, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit binnen je bevoegdheid en stemt af met collega’s, mantelzorgers en andere zorgverleners. Daarnaast denk je mee over passende zorg, begeleid je cliënten en draag je bij aan de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de wijkverpleging.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 45: € 3.502 tot € 4.245 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 28 tot 32 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
