Dit ga je doen als Leerling hbo verpleegkundige

Als leerling hbo Verpleegkundige combineer je opleiding en praktijk. De opleiding duurt gemiddeld 3 tot 4 jaar en start in februari en in september van ieder jaar.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Volgen van één dag per week theoretisch onderwijs.
  • Werken in de praktijk bij Careyn, binnen een wijkteam.
  • Opdoen van gevorderde en gespecialiseerde verpleegkundige kennis en deze toepassen in de praktijk.
  • Verlenen van zorg aan ouderen in (hoog)complexe zorgsituaties en uitvoeren van zorgleefplannen.
  • Samenwerken met cliënten, mantelzorgers en (para)medici aan behoud van regie en gezondheid.

Je gaat aan de slag binnen Utrecht West, waar Careyn een breed aanbod van wijkteams heeft met diverse doelgroepen. Je werkt samen met betrokken collega’s in een professionele en warme omgeving, waarbij je de kans krijgt om te leren van ervaren zorgprofessionals en je te ontwikkelen tot hbo Verpleegkundige.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 50: € 3.324 - € 3.502 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 24 tot 32 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Je krijgt het lesgeld en studiemateriaal betaald van Careyn en ontvangt studieverlof (naar rato contracturen).
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Je hebt een passie voor de ouderenzorg en wil de kans aangrijpen opgeleid te worden.
  • Je weet ons goed uit te leggen wat je wil leren en waarom je voor de ouderenzorg kiest.
  • Je bent leergierig, geduldig en hebt doorzettingsvermogen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig aan de slag waarbij je prioriteiten weet te stellen.
  • Je bent je bewust van de studieduur. Afhankelijk van jouw vooropleiding duurt dit maximaal 3 jaar.
